HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS/SHIP/RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are process as quickly as possible. Handmade items are made to orders, and will ship from our studio in Birmingham, Alabama within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. From there, allow approx. 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the USA, depending upon the shipping method you choose. Keep in mind due to COVID, USPS Shipping Method may take longer than 7 business days for your order to arrive (kindly allow at least 10 business day to receive your order if you choose USPS).

International orders may take approx. 7-21 business days to be delivered depending on the selected shipping method.

Send it as A GIFT? No problem.

If you are purchasing a gift to be shipped to a different recipient, kindly list the recipients address as the shipping address when you checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES?

RETURNS + REFUND POLICY

For Women Apparel:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Kindly reach out to us and request for a return on your order so we know to expect it.
We can provide you with a printable return label, and the shipping cost for the return will be subtracted from your refund total.
Return only accepted if original tags are attached and are undamaged. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and arrive in original condition.

For Handmade Clothing & Accessories:

Because each orders are custom made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we do guaranteed our products for life. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but by chance you are dissatisfied with your order

or have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right. Kindly contact us in the "Help Page" found at the bottom of our website within 2 weeks of receiving your order for any return requests. Remember to quote your order number.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrived damaged, simply let us know and provide photos of the damaged item and a replacement of the damaged or defective item will be shipped to you immediately.

WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. All international orders are appropriately marked as "merchandise" and include the actual cost of the item, as required, on the customs form.
